Corridale sheep breed is a cross between Merino and Lincoln Longwool. Corriedale produce an excellent quality fleece with a fine lustre which is prized by hand spinners and dyers alike. Well known for its softness and lustre, produces a lovely structure and stitch definition to the finished fabric.
Spun in Yorkshire - hand dyed using ethically sourced natural dye in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
All of our yarn is hand dyed in small batches. If there isn't enough for your project, email us here and we will dye to order.
Fibre Content - 100% NSW Corriedale
Yarn Weight/Length - ARAN 100g/200m
Needle Size - 4.5mm to 5.5mm
(needle size will depend on the fabric you require for your project)
Yarn Care - Wash by hand in a pH neutral wash to avoid changing the natural colour of the fabric you have created! Dry out of direct sunlight.
