Before placing a Pre-Order, please read and understand the following:
Whats is a Pre-Order? - Pre-order items are products in which are currently not available or yet to be made. If you pre-order a product we reserve it for you and it will not be available for anyone else. Once it is in stock, it will be delivered immediately to you.
Delivery dates - Each pre-order product will have an estimated delivery date within a 2 and 3 month time period. This date is clearly noted on each respective product.
Payment - Payment for pre-orders is required in full upfront at the time of the pre-order.
Delivery - Once the pre-order product is in stock, it will be delivered immediately to you.
Delivery Delays - We do not accept responsibility for delays by the supplier or maker of the pre-order product and do not accept cancellations because of this.
Cancellations and Refunds - Once a pre-order has been placed, your order cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy applies.
If you have purchased an item and on the very rare occasion that we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund.
What happens if I have ordered 'in-stock' and pre-order products in the same order?
Please note that if you placed an order which includes a pre-order item, the whole order will be shipped together, once the pre-order item has been delivered to us. We do not split orders once they have been placed. If you want your 'in stock' to be shipped straight away, it does need to be ordered separately.
