This is one of my favourite yarns to dye, the rich blend of fibres provides a lovely base to dye, the results are deep beautiful colours with a heathered soft finish. The fabric has a lovely drape and is suitable for all sorts of accessories, sweaters and as there is added nylon great for socks.
Hand dyed using ethically sourced natural dye in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
All our hand dyed yarn is dyed in small batches. If there isn't enough for your project, email us here and we will dye to order.
Fibre Content - 70% SW Merino 20% Yak 10% Nylon
Yarn Weight/Length - 4PLY 100g/400mm
Needle Size - 2.25mm to 2.5mm WPI 25
(needle size will depend on the fabric you require for your project)
Yarn Care - Wash by hand in a pH neutral wash to avoid changing the natural colour of the fabric you have created! Dry out of direct sunlight.
