Terms and Conditions

By booking and paying for a Candle Making Course confirms your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Booking your Candle Making Course

Course bookings can only be made via our website, FelinFach.com - if, for whatever reason, you cannot use our website, please email and we will assist you to complete your course booking.

Booking and Payment Confirmation

Payment for the course is due in full at the time of booking. On our website, you can pay using debit and credit cards, PayPal, with FelinFach.com Gift Vouchers and with our Klarna instalment plan. You will receive a receipt by email which will confirm your course booking, the dates of the course and the amount paid. Any booking is considered provisional until payment in full is received.

Discount Codes

We do not accept any discount codes on course fees.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

We will refund you in full if the Government requires us to cancel/postpone a workshop for whatever reason.

Cancelations by You

If you to cancel your booking:

1. Within 14 days of the original booking, we will refund the full course fee.
2. Less than two weeks before the course, no refund is available.
3. A 'No-show' on the day with no notice is not refundable
4. More than two weeks but less than eight weeks before the course, if we are able to resell your place, we offer refund of the course fee less an administrative fee of £25.
5. Over eight weeks before the course, we will refund in full.

We maintain a ‘waiting list’ for all courses and will aim to replace any cancellation with another student.

Cancelations by Us

We do not cancel workshops for any reason except entirely unavoidable events such as if the Candle Making Course Tutor is physically unable to teach the course through sickness or injury or extreme weather conditions. Should we have to cancel a course, students will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund. If a course is cancelled by us, we regret that we will not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or any other related expenses.

Other Issues

Photography

We may take photographs of students and their work for the purposes of marketing. We will request permission at the time to allow us to use any images for marketing purposes.

Health and Safety and Insurance

Your course materials will include our health and safety procedures. We request that you read them thoroughly. In any event, the first 15 minutes of any of our courses will be spent familiarising everyone with health and safety rules.

We are fully insured for £5m of Public Liability insurance and the certificate is available for inspection at all times in the Candle Studio.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspects of the course, please bring it to the attention of the Tutor at the time. We will try to resolve any issues whilst the workshop is progressing. You will be asked to provide a Review of the course by email after you have completed the workshop. Feedback is important to us, whether it is positive or not.
