A blend of Baby Camel and Silk an exquisite yarn that is a real luxury. The natural colour of the camel base, fawn, gives depth to the colours achieved in the dye pot. Fabric has clear stitch definition and drape. Wonderful for shawls but would also be a lovely lightweight garment yarn.
Spun in Yorkshire - hand dyed using ethically sourced natural dye in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
All of our yarn is hand dyed in small batches. If there isn't enough for your project, email us here and we will dye to order.
Fibre Content - 50% Baby Camel 50% Silk
Yarn Weight/Length - LACE 100g/800m
Needle Size - 3.25mm WPI 28
(needle size will depend on the fabric you require for your project)
Yarn Care - Wash by hand in a pH neutral wash to avoid changing the natural colour of the fabric you have created! Dry out of direct sunlight.
