Hand Dyed Yarn - Natural Dyes
As ever, all our yarn has been hand dyed in small batches and dyed only using natural dyes - there really are no exceptions to this! Welsh and UK yarn together with some specialty fibres.
Hand Dyed Yarn - Natural Dye Process
By using quality natural fibre and sourcing ethically produced natural dyes, we are able to produce beautiful hand dyed yarn. The colours from naturally dyed yarn are enthralling. Hand dyed yarns may be repeated but they can never be exactly the same. The natural dyeing process will depend on where the dyestuff was grown, how and when it was harvested, the fibres being dyed, and the method of application we use.
